Please make sure to always include your order number so our team can handle your inquiry as quickly as possible. We do our best to get back to you within 3-5 business days.
When will I get my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. We do our best to process your order within 1-3 days so that we can ship it to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping and delivery
After your order has been processed it will be sipped to you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Our estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to The Netherlands and Belgium. However, if you are based within the European Union we are open to shipping your order to your location. You are welcome to contact our customer service team through our contact form to place your order. Please keep in mind that additional costs may apply.
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to hygienic reasons or when an item is custom made, we are unable to accept returns. When an item is not eligible for returns, it will always be clearly stated on the product page so that you are informed before you make your purchase.
Return and refund policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, you can initiate a return request by sending an email to our customer service team at contact@zarrogance.com. Where are your products made?
All our products are made and manufactured in The Netherlands. We carefully select the best ingredients to ensure our products are of high quality and a fair value.
