Activated charcoal has strong binding properties, which enable it to absorb toxins. It can be used, amongst other things, for dental cleansing, bowel cleansing, detoxification and to relieve bloating.

Ingredients:
100% activated charcoal powder, made from coconut shells. Allergen information: this product is packaged in a factory that also processes fibres.


Instructions

Diarrhoea, poisoning/drug overdose, nausea and vomiting, bloating/flatulence, jaundice in newborns, liver and kidney disorders, tooth infection and toothache, stomach and intestinal infection, inflammation of the mouth and throat, bad breath.

Internal use:

• For diarrhoea
  Mix 1 tablespoon of charcoal powder with 300 ml of water. Stir well and drink the mixture in one go.
  
  
• In the event of nausea or vomiting
  Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of charcoal powder with half a glass of water and drink it straight away.
  
  
• If you feel bloated or have gas
  Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of charcoal powder with half a glass of water and drink it to help relieve the symptoms.

External use
Eye and ear infections, skin and weight-related infections, bee and spider stings, and snake bites.

For liver and kidney problems
Mix charcoal powder with water to form a thick paste. Apply the paste to the skin around the kidneys (lower back) or to the right-hand side of the abdomen, around the liver.

For eye and ear infections
Make a paste using charcoal powder and water. Apply the paste to the closed eye or the outside of the ear, ensuring that the affected area is completely covered. Leave the paste on for at least 4 hours or overnight. Applying heat over the paste may enhance its effectiveness.

For skin and joint infections
Apply some charcoal paste to the affected area and leave it to work its magic overnight.

For bee and spider bites
1. Wash the site of the sting or bite thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Then apply a charcoal paste to the affected area.
